The Muff: A Parody Show of The Moth

  • Red Room above KGB Bar 85 East 4th Street New York, NY, 10003 United States (map)

It’s time to parody The Moth!

The Moth is NYC’s longest running storytelling show that people either love or hate. Now, raconteur, Harmon Leon (This American Life, TALE, Vice) brings you: The Muff: A Parody Show of The Moth

The Muff satirizes all the elements you see at a typical Moth show. You’ll see the storytelling types: The Crier, The Rambler, The First-Timer, The Stand-up Comedian, The Fake Newbie, and The Survivor.

Or course everyone’s name will be picked from a bucket as 2 Theremins will signal when its time to wrap up the story.

Come see the fake drama! The scoring! The drunken judges! The celebrity name-dropping host! And of course, the bucket – where all names will be picked.

Who will be the winner at The Muff?

At The Muff - you'll hear real stories picked from a bucket!
